Bulk Light Editor | PF Map-making Tools

Allows the bulk editing of lights. Currently still in-development (v0.0). The "selection" parameter does not work at this time. Things to add/fix: - sliders for specular/diffuse and other global settings in lighting/shaders - selection parameter doesn't work lol - probably some more stuff I've forgotten about
