▶ Live interactive demo (no signup): https://reel-cyan.vercel.appReel is a dark, cinematic single-page template for a film, video, or motion-production studio — built around a real WebGL hero, not a video loop: the camera dollies down a 35mm filmstrip while a per-frame rack-focus shader brings the focal frame into sharp color and defocuses its neighbours to silver-gelatin black & white.• A real dolly move down a 7-frame filmstrip, damped like a camera.• Per-frame rack-focus: the focal frame gets a teal-orange color LUT and sharpness, its neighbours go black & white with in-shader depth-of-field.• The whole gate reads as film — sprocket rails, a ticking SMPTE timecode, a film counter, a 2.39 letterbox, and one tally-red accent reserved for live states.• Swappable brand — palette, fonts (Anton / Bebas Neue), copy, and the 7 stills live behind CSS variables and clearly-marked constants.• React 19 + Vite + TypeScript + Tailwind v4, Three.js code-split.
