Welcome, Brother or Sister in Christ. 🤍✨The Lord placed it on my heart to create with the hope that it would encourage someone just like you. 🌿When many of us first come to faith, we're told that prayer is simply a conversation with God. While that is absolutely true, no one always teaches us how to start that conversation. Talking to the Creator of the universe can feel overwhelming, especially when you don't know what to say.I understand that feeling because I've been there. 🤍When I first gave my life to Christ in 2020, I wanted to pray, but I often struggled to put my thoughts into words. So instead, I picked up a journal and began writing to the Lord. Every entry started the same way:💌 Dear Heavenly Father...As I continued writing, something beautiful happened. My written prayers slowly became spoken prayers. What once felt difficult became natural, and my relationship with God grew deeper one conversation at a time. That experience inspired this journal.Every prompt in this journal begins with "Dear Heavenly Father" because I want to encourage you to simply start talking to Him. There isn't a perfect formula or a perfect way to pray. God isn't looking for polished words, He desires your heart. 🤍Inside, you'll find 30 journal entries, each with plenty of space to write whatever is on your heart. Whether you're celebrating, grieving, confused, thankful, or simply don't know what to pray, these pages are a safe place where you can meet with the Lord. My prayer is that this journal becomes more than just a notebook.
