Self-Discovery: A Guided Reflection Journal (Free Chapter)
Hey all! So I have been journaling for along time but have recently got more interested in creating more depth in my journaling experience. I have thought of having a theme-based experience as well as incorporating creative writing/storytelling which is something I am both passionate about and believe can be quite empowering when it comes to understanding one's self. I couldn't find any journal that does both and decided to create something of my own. The first theme I’m exploring is self-discovery.
