In-Store Execution Scorecard
"Execution" means something different to every person who uses the word — unless you've defined exactly what good looks like and how it's scored. That's what this scorecard does. The Store Execution Standard Scorecard defines specific execution standards for each element of in-store presence: authorized distribution completeness, shelf position and facings, price tag and promotional pricing compliance, display placement and quality, inventory depth, and competitive context. Each element is scored. Scores roll up to an overall execution rating. The rating triggers specific follow-up actions by tier — from "maintain and replicate" to "escalate to distributor management." Use it consistently across your team and you'll have comparable execution data across reps, districts, and time periods for the first time.
