SHOTCASE PRO — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)Last updated: July 2026This is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and the software product "Shotcase Pro".By activating a license key you agree to these terms.1. LICENSE GRANT Upon purchase, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on devices you personally own or control. One license per person. Team licenses must be purchased per seat.2. WHAT YOU MAY DO - Use the Software for personal and commercial work. - Use all images you create with the Software for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution. - Install and activate the Software on all of your own devices.3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO - Share, resell, publish, or distribute your license key. - Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or host the Software for third parties. - Remove or circumvent the license mechanism. - Reverse engineer the Software except where permitted by law.4. UPDATES The license includes all updates to the Software that Licensor releases, at Licensor's discretion. There is no obligation to provide updates.5. REFUNDS Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact.shotcase@yahoo.com6. PRIVACY The Software runs locally in your browser and does not transmit your images or personal data to Licensor.7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE.9. TERMINATION This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms.10.
