AI Automation Templates — Working Claude API Workflows (Not a Prompt Pack)
A prompt pack hands you a string and wishes you luck. This hands you a result. Most "AI" products are a PDF of prompts — you still have to figure out the SDK, get the model id right, parse the output, and wire it into something useful. You bought prompts; you wanted a result. Those aren't the same thing, and the gap between them is where most people give up.These templates close that gap. Each one is a small Python script on the official Anthropic SDK, with the prompt already engineered and the output already structured as JSON. You run a command, you get usable output.The three workflows:- Content Repurposer — one long input, like a blog draft or a transcript, becomes a tightened blog post, a newsletter section, a tweet thread, and a LinkedIn post. One call, one consistent voice, structured so it drops straight into your CMS and scheduler.- Pain-Point Miner — a pile of reviews, tickets, or survey answers becomes a ranked list of the distinct things people complain about and ask for, each with a count and a real verbatim quote. The research step everyone skips because reading 200 reviews by hand is miserable.- Support Draft Bot — answers a support question from a knowledge base you control, in your brand voice. When the answer isn't in the KB, it says so instead of inventing a refund policy. It escalates rather than hallucinating.It's tech-accurate where most prompt packs aren't: current model ids, the official SDK, structured outputs, and prompt caching where it pays off. A PROMPTING-NOTES.md explains why each prompt is shaped the way it is, so you can extend it instead of just running it, and the cost of each run is documented honestly. Everything defaults to Claude Opus 4.8 for output quality, with a one-line switch to a cheaper model for high-volume work.Bring your own Anthropic API key — billed by Anthropic, no markup, no subscription.
