Forest Dragon The forest dragon is a shy, moss-scaled guardian of deep woodlands. Smaller than mountain or sea dragons, it blends right into the trees with emerald, bark-brown scales and fern-like frills along its spine. Instead of fire, it breathes a cool, misty vapor that makes flowers bloom and damp leaves glisten. It’s most active at dawn and dusk, gliding silently between ancient oaks on leaf-thin wings, collecting shiny acorns and lost trinkets for its nest of woven vines. Legends say if you spot one and don’t chase it, it’ll leave a lucky four-leaf sprout where you’re standing.
