Her work lives at the intersection of science, spirituality, recovery, ritual, lived experience, and practical care, shaped by decades of holding space for individuals navigating transition, burnout, identity shifts, liminal living, and seasons of becoming.Vasalisa brings a grounded, empathic presence to her work—one that honors the inner landscape, what we long for, and the realities of daily life. She is known for listening deeply, asking spacious questions, and helping people reconnect with their own innate wisdom. As the steward of the Recovery Hearth, she believes recovery is not something to be achieved, but something to be tended—again and again—through connection, collaboration, and care. Tending Time is an extension of that belief, offered in service to those who need a steady witness as they recalibrate, reorient, and keep their inner flame burning.
