This script aligns one object (A) onto another object (B), in Blender, using a selected face on each object.HOW TO USE: 1. In EDIT MODE:- Select EXACTLY ONE face on Object A- Select EXACTLY ONE face on Object B2. Return to OBJECT MODE3. Select BOTH objects (the orange one will move to the other, reddish highlighted, object)4. Ensure:- Object A is the ACTIVE object (last selected)- Object B is the other selected object5. Run this scriptRESULT:- Object A will move and rotate so that:• Its selected face is centered on B’s selected face• The two faces become coplanar• Their normals oppose each other (flush alignment)NOTES:- Works even if transforms (rotation/scale) are NOT applied- Uses the longest edge of each face to resolve rotation around the face normal- Both objects must be MESH objects- Each object must have exactly ONE selected faceLOG OUTPUT:All messages and errors are written to an external log file (log_file.txt).PLEASE EDIT THE PATH FOR THIS FILE TO SUIT YOUR ENVIRONMENTTHESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALSO INCLUDED IN THE CODE ITSELF
