Amazon binds a paperback of this trim size to a maximum of 590 pages. The NCLEX-RN Q&A Review contains twenty full-length simulations, one thousand dosage calculation problems, twenty tear-out answer sheets and twenty score grids. That is more material than the binding allows. Rather than split the program into two volumes you would have to buy separately, the material that would not fit is provided here, free, as a companion file. Nothing has been removed from the program and nothing extra has been charged for. Every question counted on the cover is either in the printed book or in this file. The worked solutions here are written to exactly the same depth as those in the printed book: each one shows the setup, the unit cancellation and the final answer, with a safety note wherever a high-alert medication is involved.
