This is completely normal. Here's all you need to do:On Mac: Don't double-click the app the first time. Instead, right-click it and choose Open, then click Open again on the warning. You only ever do this once. You can open normally every time after. When you press Start/Active, your Mac will ask you to allow MouseMate in Accessibility settings (this is so the jiggler can work). Follow the prompt, flick the switch next to MouseMate, then fully quit the app and open it again. That's it. From then on it opens like any other app. On Windows:A blue "Windows protected your PC" screen may appear the first time. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
