I’ve had a terrible headache recently. I wasn’t sure if it was due to exhaustion or something more 'mystical,' but I managed to get rid of it. So, I want to share this little ritual with you in this spiritual healing video to relieve your headaches with castor oil. It’s very simple; do it for 3 consecutive nights after your shower (allow about 10 minutes): Preparation: Get a bottle of Benjamin Castor Oil (120 ml). The Beginning (1 min): To start, connect with your heart and repeat: 'Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit' for the entire first minute. The Treatment: Pour a little oil into your hands, rub them together, and breathe in the scent deeply. Then, massage your forehead and head. Repeat this action every 3 minutes. The End (1 min): Finish with a prayer by repeating once more: 'Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit.' Do this for 3 consecutive nights just before going to sleep. Take care of yourself!"
