House Vault is a secure, private document storage platform for families, tenants, and small organizations to manage household and property records. The first user becomes Admin and creates a household; Admins invite members via unique links and approve or reject pending users. Authentication uses Google Sign‑In so no passwords are required. Members can upload property deeds, electricity, water and gas bills, tax records, insurance papers, and other important files; member uploads require Admin approval while Admin uploads auto‑approve. Approved documents are stored in a shared vault where authorized users can search, filter, preview, view, and download files. The app provides real‑time updates and notifications for uploads, approvals, and actions without page refreshes. Security is central: Supabase Row‑Level Security enforces strict organization‑level isolation, files are served through temporary signed URLs that expire after 60 seconds, and every view and download is recorded in an audit log with the user, document, and timestamp for accountability and a complete access history.
