1:1 Mentoring For Architectural Project
HYRARCHI MentoringA structured 13-week architecture studio mentoring program designed to guide students from site analysis to final jury preparation. The HYRARCHI Mentoring System is built for architecture students who need more than one-time feedback. It is a weekly guidance system that helps students stay organized, make better design decisions, and move through the semester with a clear roadmap.Instead of waiting until the project becomes stressful, this program follows your studio journey step by step — from research and concept development to drawings, 3D, revisions, façade design, final diagrams, renders, poster layout, and final jury preparation.Who Is This For?This program is ideal for architecture students who: Feel lost during studio projects Struggle with organizing their semester timeline Need guidance from site analysis to final presentation Want help developing their concept, program, massing, drawings, and 3D Need weekly structure before Midterm 1, Midterm 2, and Final Jury Want to improve their project step by step instead of fixing everything at the last minute How It WorksThe program follows a 13-week roadmap divided into 9 clear phases. Each phase focuses on a specific part of the architecture studio process, helping you understand what to work on, what to prioritize, and what outcome you should reach each week. The roadmap follows three main academic stages:Weeks 1–4: Research & ConceptWeeks 5–8: Design Development Weeks 9–13: Final Stage The 9 PhasesPhase 1: Site AnalysisWeek 1We begin by checking the project brief, understanding the site, reviewing the location through Google Earth, preparing the base map, and building the first site analysis diagrams.Phase 2: Site Analysis & Urban InterventionWeeks 2–3This phase focuses on case studies, site data, urban intervention proposals, urban intervention diagrams, and building a 3D site model.Phase 3: Program & ConceptWeeks 3–4You will work on the architectural program, concept development, program collage, site approach, tracing, and first massing direction.Phase 4: 1/500 DrawingsWeeks 5–6This phase focuses on developing the 1/500 drawing set, including plans, sections, elevations, structure system, main entrances, and circulation logic.Phase 5: 1/200 Drawings & LandscapeWeeks 6–7You will start detailing the ground floor and upper floor plans, including landscape, entrances, building layout, furniture, terraces, and circulation.Phase 6: 1/200 Drawings & 3D DevelopmentWeeks 7–8This phase helps prepare your 1/200 drawings for Midterm 2 while developing the 3D model, outdoor scenes, circulation, walkways, and landscape logic.Phase 7: Revisions — 2D FocusWeeks 9–10After Midterm 2, the focus shifts to revising all plans and sections, improving the design, and strengthening the 2D drawing package.Phase 8: Façade & 3D FinalizationWeeks 11–12You will work on façade design, at least four elevations, 3D model updates, rechecking all 2D drawings, and preparing the diagrams needed for final presentation.Phase 9: Final PreparationWeeks 12–13The final stage focuses on preparing 3D shots, diagrams, renders, poster layout, and a final to-do list before the final jury. What You Will Work OnThroughout the mentoring program, you will be guided through: Site analysis Base map preparation Analysis diagrams Case studies Urban intervention proposals 3D site model Architectural program Site approach Concept and massing 1/500 plans, sections, and elevations 1/200 drawings Ground floor and landscape Upper floor plans 3D development Plan and section revisions Façade design Final diagrams Renders Poster layout Final jury preparation Important NoteThis mentoring system is designed to guide, organize, critique, and support your design process. The mentors do not complete the project instead of the student. The goal is to help you think better, make stronger decisions, and stay on track throughout the semester.Join the HYRARCHI Mentoring System and move through your architecture studio project with a clear weekly roadmap, better decisions, and stronger final presentation.
