This template generates Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) and Charts (Category, Expense, and Trendline) based on entries in the Chart of Accounts and Journals (Fixed and Variable).The comprehensive Chart of Accounts can be customized to your needs. Category and Account dropdowns in the two double-entry Journals display entries from the Chart of Accounts, which in turn generate the Financial Statements and Charts. The optional Fixed Journal makes it easier to manage recurring monthly transactions. The Income Statement and Expense Chart have separate columns for fixed and variable data. The Pending Column of the Balance Sheet for the remainder of the current month, is useful for budgeting. The Balance Sheet and the 12-month Trendline Charts can be viewed for any month. The Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and the Expense Charts can also be viewed for any year (YTD).This template works in all versions of Excel, since it is formula based. It was not designed for Google Sheets.
