Once issued and delivered it cannot be recalled, so under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal and refund are restricted after the licence key has been issued and delivered. Before you have received your licence key, you can request a refund. After the licence key has been delivered, the purchase is final.
