Private Clothing/ Accessory VRC Commission (Blender)
I will work and create and create accessories, clothes (depending on complexity) for you using blender. Willing to texture for an extra fee. By choosing to commission me with or without acknowledging or agreeing to my Terms of Service, you do so at your own risk and waive any claims related to misunderstandings or disputes arising from this agreementPayment All payments are non-refundable once in progress or made. If three months pass without significant progress on your commission, you may request a refund. Priority is only given when a rush fee is discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Commission I reserve the right to deny commissions if they make me uncomfortable/ I feel I cannot due them. I reserve the right to deny service if you make me uncomfortable or are problematic. Please do not send any payments until both parties have agreed on the details of the commission. Money sent to me before both parties have agreed on the details will be eligible to be considered donations. I reserve the right to use any work and/or result forthcoming from my projects for personal portfolio and promotional purposes. I will never claim your character as my own, distribute your avatar, or use it in-game for personal use other than testing and showing off my work. If you happen to forget or never bring up your commission for any reason and it remains incomplete, that responsibility lies with you. I will make an effort to remind you, but how you choose to proceed afterward is up to you. I am not a reminder app—please keep track of your commission status. Ownership of Asset Once I create this asset for you, you may not distribute it on your own. All rights are still owned by @Caybito. You may redistribute it on your models to sell WITH credit, you may also use your newly made asset on public models. Reference & Detail Requirements Please provide clear, detailed descriptions and reference images whenever possible. The more information you provide, the more accurately I can depict your vision. I will often ask for feedback or for you to check the file to verify it works properly. If you fail to test it or communicate issues, that is considered a communication issue on your side. I am always happy to make adjustments or even restart a project if needed—but it must be communicated clearly before the commission is marked complete.
