Leprechaun Hat Applique Crochet Pattern

With St. Patrick's Day coming up I decided to make a cute little leprechaun applique to wear in my hair. This applique can be attached to a bobby pin, a hair clip or a headband. It would also be cute sewn on a jacket or shirt.
