The Pull-Up Blueprint

gumroad   $27.00   by bio3

This program exists because the pull-up is the most commonly desired and most commonly failed movement in general fitness. It is also the most poorly coached. The standard advice — “just keep using thinner bands until you can do one” — does not work for most people because it does not address the specific weaknesses that prevent a pull-up in the first place. Band assisted pull-ups are a useful tool, but alone they are not a progression. They are a compensation. This program is the actual progression. The Pull-Up Blueprint is designed as an accessory program. It does not replace your current training. It adds 15 to 20 minutes of targeted pull-up development work, performed 3 to 4 days per week, either after your regular training session or on a separate occasion. It is specifically designed to not interfere with the volume and recovery demands of a typical CrossFit or group class schedule. In 12 weeks, you will progress from zero pull-ups to 5 to 10 strict, dead-hang pull-ups — earned through systematic strength building, not band dependency.
