12 Week Rebalance - For Advanced gym goers w/ 2+ years of consistent heavy training.
This program is not for beginners. It is for the person who has been training consistently for 2 or more years — lifting weights, running, doing CrossFit, martial arts, cycling, calisthenics, or any combination — and has built real strength and fitness but suspects something is off underneath it. You might recognize yourself in one or more of these: • You are strong but stiff. You can deadlift twice your bodyweight but cannot touch your toes or sit in a deep squat without pain. • You have nagging injuries that never fully resolve. A shoulder that clicks, a hip that catches, a knee that flares up every few months, a lower back that tightens predictably after heavy sessions. • Your movement quality has declined even as your numbers have gone up. You move less fluidly than you did years ago despite being stronger. • You train the same patterns repeatedly and avoid the ones that feel uncomfortable or weak. You bench and row but never hang or reach overhead. You squat heavy but avoid single-leg work. You run but never sprint or move laterally. • You feel compressed. Your thoracic spine is rounded, your hips are locked, your shoulders sit forward, and no amount of stretching before your workout seems to fix it. • You recover slower than you used to despite sleeping and eating the same way. • You have hit a plateau and suspect the limiting factor is not effort or programming but something structural. If any of that resonates, this program is for you. The 12-Week Rebalance does not replace your training. It corrects the accumulated structural debt that years of training have created so that when you return to your regular programming, you perform at a level you have not accessed before.
