You can now customize the icon and name that will appear on your home screen.7- Customize the icon: Tap the icon next to the shortcut's name. You can choose from a variety of preset icons or tap "Choose Photo" to upload your own image.8- Adjust and add: Adjust the crop of the image if necessary and then tap "Choose" and "Add".9- Remove the original app icon: You can remove the original app icon from your home screen by pressing and holding the icon and selecting "Remove from Home Screen".10- Each custom app icon needs its own shortcut.
